Company returns policy: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following products purchased from PicBand: Wristband or Tether. Pics are not returnable.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if you are returning a broken or damaged Wristband. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error we will refund 50% of the item’s price.
For items returned for a refund, expect your refund within 3 to 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although you should receive your refund sooner. The refund time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 days for PicBand to process your return
- Plus the time it takes your band or credit card company to process the refund request (if you paid by credit card, your refund will go to your credit card [3-5 business days; if you paid by bank account, your refund will go to your bank account [up to 10 business days])
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the item to P.O. Box 142038, Fayetteville, GA 30214 and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original item to the same address. Upon receipt of the item we will email notification to you, at which time you may place another order for the product you wish to receive. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 days to process your return once it arrives at our Post Office box address.
